Our standards & how we keep you safe

Your safety comes before everything else we do. As a registered pharmacy, we work to the standards set by our regulator and follow the same evidence-based guidance as the NHS. Here's exactly how that works in practice.

• A face-to-face assessment with a pharmacist before any treatment is supplied.
• We check your medical history and current medicines for anything that affects safety.
• We use the licensed, gradual dosing schedule — and verify dose evidence before continuing a higher dose if you're switching from another provider.
• An in-person review at least once a month to track progress and manage side effects.
• If treatment isn't right for you, we'll tell you and discuss the alternatives.

Your consultations and records are confidential and handled in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR). We only share your information with your consent — for example with your GP for your safety. See our privacy policy for full details.
